Scheduled ASYCUDA Service Downtime on Sunday, 17 May 2026

Sri Lanka Customs wishes to inform all stakeholders that ASYCUDA services will be unavailable from 0000 hours to 0600 hours on Sunday, 17 May 2026, due to a scheduled system upgrade.

Stakeholders are kindly requested to plan their activities in advance, especially export-related activities of vessels and aircraft scheduled to depart during the above period.

In exceptional cases, applicable manual procedures may be followed in coordination with the relevant Customs Directorates.

Handover of Scanners

A simple ceremony was held at the Kankasanthurai port to mark the official handover of two baggage scanners from the Australian Border Force to Sri Lanka Customs. The equipment is expected to strengthen border security and improve the efficiency of passenger and cargo screening operations.
