All Customs House Agents are hereby required to inform the consignees about the requirements of the other authority’s approvals for the consignments which are published by the Sri Lanka Customs and the other authorities, in their respective web sites.

The consignments which require approvals of other authorities such as NMRA, Food Inspector, ICL, TRCSL, and Quarantine certificates etc. should be obtained in advance to avoid delays in clearing the same.
